Yeli has been named "Entertainer of the Year 2011" in Las Vegas!

Yeli is an award winning dancer from the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. She is a dynamic instructor and performer that has studied the art of Middle Eastern dance for over a decade. Her specialties in Middle Eastern dance include cabaret style and her mastery of the veil. She is a sought after instructor when it comes to skills like veil work and studying melaya leff. She is also a very talented dancer with props such as the wings of Isis, zills/sagat, cane and sword.

Yeli has previously been featured in many Texas establishments such as Al Amir, Giovanni's, Byblos, Kasra, Banter, Narah, Onyx Hookah Bar, Kush Hookah, and Paradise Cafe. She is becoming a national instructor and is now traveling to teach in various states.

In the past, She has been a member of the tribal troupe Tribal Evolution (link www.tribalevolution.com ) and also danced with the Middle Eastern band Wind and Fingers (link www.windandfingers.bravehost.com).

Besides her talents as a dancer dedicated to preserving the art of Middle Eastern belly dance, Yeli also holds a Masters Degree in Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. As a fun hobby, Yeli owns an award winning chocolate company - Yelibelly Chocolates.
