Belly dance is one of the most ancient and beautiful dance styles in the world. Practising this dance will allow you to learn to know your own body. Belly dance goes beyond the physicality, as you will be able to explore your soul in a deeper level, to express your emotions, and with the help of a professional instructor, to have a profound understanding of the dance, music and rhythms. Pure Belly Dance provides instruction and performances. Belly dance classes take place in Ockbrook (Thursdays from 6 to 7:20 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 to 11:30 am) and Nottingham (Mondays from 7 to 8:30 pm and Tuesdays from 9:30 to 10:30).
