Award-winning professional dancer, Rachel, is highly respected as a performer and teacher. She is polished and versatile, with a diverse repertoire and a passion for engaging her audience. Whatever the occasion, Rachel brings Middle Eastern culture vividly to life with colour and elegance.
Her skills include not only modern Raqs Sharqi with all the props expected of a contemporary dancer (veil, wings, sword, stick and finger cymbals); but also a great range of folkloric styles. She has studied with Australia's top teachers as well as in Egypt, and runs her own school, Inspire! Bellydance.
